Where I should I stay during Orbit?

One of the best parts of Roosevelt Island is the brand new Graduate Hotel, directly above the Verizon Executive Education Center. Rates are very affordable and the views are stunning.

How do you get to the Center?

By Subway: Take the F train to the Roosevelt Island stop. Walk south .3 miles on W Road.

By Tram: Catch the Tram at 59th street and 2nd Avenue. The Center is just south of the Queensboro bridge station.

By Ferry: The Astoria route of NYC Ferry will connect you to a landing just east of campus.

By Car: Access Roosevelt Island by car via the Roosevelt Island Bridge from 36th Street in Queens, then drive south down Main Street.

Will lunch be provided?

Yes! We’ll provide coffee & tea in the morning, a full lunch, and an afternoon ice cream break. Prior to the event, we’ll email all registered attendees to collect any dietary restrictions to ensure everyone is accommodated.

Can I refund, exchange, or transfer my ticket?

Attendees are permitted to cancel their ticket up until the day before the event. If you cancel your ticket by 11:59PM PST on Tuesday, July 15th, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after July 15th, we will not be able to process a refund.

Tickets can be transferred to another participant.
